We are ‘The Dwyers’. Thom & Carleigh. We are avid lovers of good design and all things aesthetic. We value relationship and connection. And thus, everything we do stems from this love. What if I’m not after a full branding package, just a quick design job?
We love working on all kinds of jobs. No job is too big or too small. We love creating a whole brand identity for clients bit if it’s just a sweet-as new business card you want to show off we can do that too. If there’s any kind of work you’d like done reach out and we can make it happen!
what do I do if I don’t even have an idea to start with?
We understand that not all clients have a creative streak, or even a vision of what it is they want. They just know they need to create a visual identity for their brand.

We’re very inclusive in the design and planning process and one of the things we value the most is spending time getting to know you in order to personalise your work. If you’re not even sure where to start and the idea of branding scares you, let’s sit and talk over coffee about what you like, your favourite movies, favourite colours and some of the things that inspire you - from there let us do the hard work in making your vision come to life.

The feedback we often get from clients is that ‘Future Hits have a great way of taking the jumbled confusion in our heads and turning it into a reality that looks awesome.’
How long does the work take?
No two jobs are the same and one thing we know is that every project, whether big or small, takes a different amount of time. We have been asked to build a whole new website in a week, which just isn’t realistic. We pride ourselves on producing an end result that is of a high quality and therefore we believe in taking the time to refine and perfect your final product, rather than rushing through the branding process, we believe that hard work pays off to provide you with a design you love!

We spend the time getting to know exactly what you want your final outcome to be in order to give you a realistic time frame for turnaround. That being said if you have a deadline you need work completed by, then let us know first thing and we can chat to make sure we’re all happy.
What’s a typical day at future hits HQ look like?
In the world of creatives, no two days are the same. As we both work on different aspects of the business our days look different. Some days they are very design-heavy, other days we are getting our hands dirty on product photoshoots and shooting epic videos. However, there is one consistency in our days. They ALWAYS start with coffee and a morning discussion.

One of the things we do best is work collaboratively on our ideas and projects, to then go and form the realities. So we have our coffee whilst chatting over what we have to work on and even sometimes fly through some conceptual ideas. We love starting our day with a unified vision. This helps set expectations for the day and allows us to support one another through projects we have.

From there we head to the office to work on whatever project we’re both creating whilst listening to the sweet tunes from an old record or an upbeat energising playlist, all while Hunter sleeps on the floor in the sun.
